Shannon Walker

Shannon Walker has been with NC-SARA team since October 2017, and serves as the Director of Human Resources, Operations, and Events. In this capacity she develops and implements HR strategies, oversees operational efficiency and both internal and external events. Shannon has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and over two decades of extensive experience across diverse sectors, including corporate, automotive, legal, and healthcare. This broad experience has equipped her with a strong foundation in employee relations, office management, payroll, benefits administration, and event planning. Shannon is dedicated to fostering a positive organizational culture and optimizing operational effectiveness while ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality events.
